In April of 2015, we started work to supply the materials and labour to Roof the Villas and Hospital at the new Summerset Villiage in Wigram, taking over 3 years to complete and Roofing over 100 Villas and the Hospital. For the villas we used ColorCote ZinaCore in a Corrugate profile and for the Hospital we used ColorCote with a hi5 profile. ZinaCore is suitable for moderate climatic conditions and has an extremely durable paint system that resists UV damage and provides excellent gloss and colour retention. It will retain its good looks and protect for many years at a very affordable price.
