Duncan has been running a successful business in the North Island called Central Roofing since 2008. He then expanded the business into Christchurch in 2012 operating as RoofingSmiths. The teams extensive roofing experience means we have the capability to handle any project, from big to small.
Duncans a family man, now that he's also got little ones to run around after, he does enjoy the odd game of Rugby and recently started brewing his own beer in his limited spare time.

Mike has been in the roofing industry for 20 plus years and has vast experience in long-run roofing and cladding wall systems.
His current role with RoofingSmiths includes quoting, working alongside architects, scheduling, admin, sales, and the day to day running of the company.
In his spare time Mike will either be on a hunting adventure or away on a fishing trip and usually returns with a few good stories to share.

Polly has been with us at Roofingsmiths since 2019. Polly ensures everything is running smoothly around the office, keeping the boys in check and handling everything they throw at her.
When not at work, you will find Polly busy at the gym or running around after her two little boys.

Lindsay has been in the Roofing industry for 20 plus years and has been involved in various roles throughout this time from Project Managing to Pricing Estimator.
Lindsay is responsible for running our Long Run Roofing projects and works closely with our clients, liaising with builders and the roofing teams to ensure the delivery of each and every roof runs smoothly.
While he is not at work, you will find him in the gym, on a sports sideline watching his kids or away on an adventure with his family.

Bob has been in Roofing for 40 plus years, he is our part time estimator and assists with project scheduling as required. Bob specialises in Metal Tile roofs however he holds a wide-ranging expertise across the whole roofing industry. You can ask Bob anything!
Bob loves his Rugby and is also an avid Manchester United fan.
